Sheet Pan Nachos

I made sheet pan nachos for the first time in my life this week & am amazed. Super easy, super tasty, & now a family favorite!

Our dry aged ground beef is perfect for this! We also have chorizo which would be yummy for nachos if you like them to have a little kick! Want to step it up a bit? Use some fajita meat, flank or skirt steak. Yum! You can’t go wrong.

I know…I know….how can I have never made sheet pan nachos? I don’t know

But if you’re like me & you haven’t made them & need a recipe, here ya go:

1 lb ground beef (try our dry aged ground beef!!)

1 package (or equivalent homemade) taco seasoning

1 can black beans, drained & rinsed

1 cup corn (I used sweet corn we had frozen)

1/2 c shredded Monterrey Jack cheese (being real here-I had none & used Mozzerella!)

1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Cook ground beef until browned

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Add taco seasoning & a little water or oil to your pan

Mix & cook together until well coated

Layer tortilla chips on sheet pan

Top with taco meat, beans, corn, & cheeses

Place in to preheated oven, cook for 6-8 minutes or until cheese are melted.

Top with your favorite taco toppings! We did lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, & salsa.

Enjoy!!
