Dry Aged Beef

Our beef is born & raised on our pastures in Cleveland, Tennessee, then processed & dry aged at a local USDA inspected processor. Beef cuts are delivered to you frozen.

We'd like to note that every picture of beef on our website is OUR beef. Many websites offer pictures that are stock photos. Raw meat is hard to photograph, but we have done our best!
