Job Opportunity

Thousand Hills Family Farm is seeking a full-time farm worker to join our family-run operation. This role provides hands-on experience in sustainable farming and livestock care while working alongside our family.

Job Responsibilities

    •    Feeding and caring for cattle to maintain their health

    •    Managing poultry care, rotating on pasture & collecting eggs daily, & processing eggs

    •    Fulfilling beef orders accurately and on schedule

    •    Operating and maintaining farm equipment safely

    •    Monitoring cattle regularly to ensure their well-being

Physical Requirements

    •    Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods

    •    Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

    •    Experience or willingness to safely operate farm machinery and handle livestock

    •    16 years old or older with valid drivers license & clean driving
