Incredibly tender, dry aged steak cut 2 inches thick.
Each package has two filets-the weight is a combined total of both (unless specified otherwise-ex. tenderloin tail).

Tenderloin tail is the "tail end" of the tenderloin. This cut will vary in thickness. You will be able to cut it to the thickness you want, if desired.
