Goose Eggs

Our geese are a great form of aerial predator protection. For 40 days out of the year, they also provide us with wonderful goose eggs. We love to use their eggs for baking as they make baked goods extra fluffy! We substitute one goose egg in place of two chicken eggs in recipes.

On Thursday at 9am, we turn off the OFM egg orders. If you do not pick up your eggs at market, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange pick up on the farm. There will be a restocking fee for refunded orders to cover the credit card fees we lost from your order.
