"What are pullet eggs," you may ask. Pullet eggs are the first eggs that a hen lays.  The new flock has just started laying their first eggs. Smaller than our regular eggs, pullet eggs have a creamy yolk that is great for cooking over easy eggs & pastries.
Price will change as the eggs increase in size.
